We have to make so that people would want to live in Bashkiria and give birth to kids – Lenara Ivanova

The key challenge Republican government faces today is demography according to Radi Khabirov’s decree. In opinion of acting deputy Prime-Minister RB Lenara Ivanova authority should make so that people would want to live, work and give birth to babies in Bashkiria. “People have to arrive and not to leave and our health care has to undertake everything to reduce death rate and raise birth rate and these goals are the most ambitious” – Lenara Ivanova mentioned. Acting deputy Prime-Minister of the republican government also believes in order to solve these problems it is necessary to erect new health care objects, purchase new medical equipment etc. “The main goal in sphere of education is opening of a scientific-educational world-level center. This is the direct correlation of migration and birth rate. Besides, we intend to erect at least 60 schools and 50 kindergartens by 2024, besides, all general education institutions have to be capitally repaired”. It is also planned to form competitive generation in Bashkiria with the help of borderless environment, poly-linguistic schools, inclusive education and construction of 55 workshops according to World Skills standards, student campuses and rest zones. According to acting Vice-Premier nine all-year-round out-of-town camps will be constructed in the region in the course of five years. Serious changes expected in cultural life too: the end of reconstruction of Ufa circus. Bashkir authorities intend to finish it in 2022. Bashkir Puppeteer Theater will be also refurbished in 2020-2021. In sphere of social protection it is planned to include as minimum as 10 thousand families into the project of social contracts. The program of social tourism will be also widened –about 7 thousand pensioners planned to send to sanatoriums (less than one thousand now). Besides, construction of a new rehabilitation center and correctional school also pre-planned.
