Plenipotentiary of President of Russia in Volga federal district Igor Komarov will come and watch inauguration of the Head of Bashkiria

On September 19 Radi Khabirov will take an oath and officially assume the office of the Head of Bashkiria. The ceremony will take place in State Council House and Bashkir parliament’s speaker Constantine Tolkatchev says no too many participants of the forthcoming ceremony expected. “The ceremony is planned to be quite working, without pomposity and big shows and just a few VIP persons are invited. We are just expecting the arrival of Russian President’s Plenipotentiary in Volga federal district Igor Komarov and some representatives of public society – minimum speeches and maximum concrete details” – chairman of State Council-Kurultay-RB explained. Besides, as M-r Tolkachev explained, assumption of the office means that the present Bashkortostan’s government has to abdicate responsibility. “The Head of the Republic has to form a new staff of the government and development of the Republic for the nearest five years will depend on what people take up the key posts” – M-r Tolkatchev said. After inauguration ceremony Radi Khabirov will read out an important document concerning plans and steps in development of Bashkiria till 2024.
