According to the director of the St. Petersburg Politics Foundation Mikhail Vinogradov, experts rated accounts of top officials in 16 regions where direct elections of the heads will be held on September 8.

Researchers noted “the alternation of bright semi-personal posts with relevant information for residents”, as well as “tough battles” in the comments of Khabirov’s account. The experts also marked the accounts of Acting Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov for the desire to make the content “interesting”, Acting Head of the Chelyabinsk region Alexei Teksler for the “technocratic executive image”, Acting Head of the Murmansk region Andrei Chibis for “making jokes” and Acting Governor of Sakhalin Valeriy Limarenko for "stylish feed".
