APEC: Radiy Khabirov is among heads of Russia’s constituent entities with "very strong influence"

In July 2019, experts of the Agency for Political and Economic Communications included the Acting Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, in the list of heads of constituent entities of the Russian Federation with “very strong influence”.

The compilers of the rating specified that Khabirov rose from 26th to 19th position compared with June, thereby moving to the level of governors with strong influence.

“The Acting Head of Bashkiria is moving into a group with a very strong influence amid a meeting with Dmitry Medvedev and the support by the head of government of the initiative to create a special economic zone in Ishimbay,” the experts said.

The mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin opens the rating of heads with "very strong influence", the second place went to the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, the third to the president of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. The list is closed by the Governor of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District Dmitry Artyukhov.
