“Leaders of Russia” winners will share their experience with new participants at speech session

A speech session will be held in Ufa for those wishing to participate in the “Leaders of Russia” and “Leaders of Bashkortostan” contests on July 8. The finalists of the contest “Leaders of Russia 2018/2019” and the organizers of the contest “Leaders of Bashkortostan” will share relevant information on competitions that may be useful to future participants.

The initiator of the event was the winner of the “Leaders of Russia 2018/2019” contest Marat Valeev.

The organizers of the “Leaders of Bashkortostan” contest - the administration of the head of the Republic of Bashkortostan - joined the event. At the speech-session in the format of the discussion, new participants of both federal and republican contests, its organizers and future mentors will discuss surveys of human resources development, creating an institute of social elevators, forming a community of new generation leaders, and bringing new managers into the public service.
