Radiy Khabirov’s Instagram - among leaders of Incident Management system effectiveness in VFD

The Instagram account of the Acting Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, is among the leaders in the effectiveness rating of the Incident Management system in the Volga Federal District (VFD). The study was conducted by the specialists of the political Telegram channels Nezygar and Ipolitika.

The compilers of the rating put at once four regional leaders on the first step of the podium: Alexander Brechalov (Udmurtia), Maxim Reshetnikov (Perm Territory), Radiy Khabirov (Bashkiria) and Denis Pasler (Orenburg Region).

“The vast majority of negative comments are considered on the pages of these heads. Officials' answers are detailed, useful for users. The interest of respondents in the actual solution of problems is noticeable”, the researchers explained.

Among the officials who miss some negative comments and publish only plans to solve problems are the head of the Samara Region, Dmitry Azarov, and the Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region, Sergey Morozov. They are followed by Mikhail Ignatiev (Republic of Chuvashia), Valery Radaev (Saratov Region) and Igor Vasiliev (Kirov Region) - these officials answer a few complaints on social media.

The Governor of the Penza Region Ivan Belozertsev and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov are in the last zone. The first mostly focuses not on a problem, but on convincing that the user is wrong. Minnikhanov does not answer negative remarks.
