Radiy Khabirov signed decree on "Leaders of Bashkortostan" HR project

The “Leaders of Bashkortostan” HR project is officially launched in the republic. The Acting Head of the region, Radiy Khabirov signed a decree on its creation. As stated in the document, the project aims to “identify, develop and support the management capacity of citizens, as well as to improve the quality of staffing of state and local government bodies, organizations and enterprises”.

The project consists of two parts. The “Management Team 2020-2025” contest is meant for people aged 25-45 years with management experience. This competition will be held from June 17 to September 5. You can register on the project site until July 11.

The second one is the “Young Leaders of the Republic of Bashkortostan” contest intended to find young personnel of 18-35 years old with high potential. It will last until December 17; the registration period is from July 12 to August 1.

By analogy with the national competition "Leaders of Russia", the selection will take place in several stages: distance, full-time and final presentation.

The main principles of the competition evaluation are openness, transparency, and objectivity. “The competition will be an effective mechanism for updating the personnel structure of the republic’s managers if the evaluation is fair, open, and the results are public if the social elevator is in fact rather than in word. The winners must be allowed to take a position in society in accordance with their experience, knowledge and entrusted to solve the problems they are interested in”, said the winner of the “Leaders of Russia-2019” Marat Valeev.
