Putin instructed to consider issue of preferential mortgage for families with disabled children

Russian President Vladimir Putin demanded that the government consider a possibility of "providing preferential mortgage housing loans (loans) to families raising disabled children." TASS reports it with reference to the list of instructions of the head of state.

Putin is expecting a report on this issue before September 1, 2019. Besides, the President instructed the cabinet of ministers to “ensure that the amendments will be introduced into Russian legislation aimed at improving the procedure for providing preferential mortgage housing loans to families with children for the purchase or construction of housing, including using funds (part of the funds) of maternity capital, bearing in mind the protection of the rights of such families to receive loans at the birth of their second child and (or) subsequent children. ”
