Bill restricting sale of beer is developed in Bashkiria

The State Committee for Commerce and Industry of Bashkortostan has developed a draft republican law that provides for amendments to the current law "On the regulation of activities in the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and on limiting consumption (drinking) of alcoholic beverages in Bashkortostan".

The bill provides for a ban on the sale of beer and beer beverages produced on the basis of beer, cider, poiret and mead in shops located in multi-apartment residential buildings, which are accessible for visitors from courtyards, including, from sides and (or) children's playground of these houses.

You can read the text of the draft law and take part in its discussion until April 19 on the regional Internet portal for public discussion of projects and current regulatory acts of the power authorities.
