Tatarstan delegation headed by Rustam Minnikhanov will arrive in Bashkortostan

The official delegation of Tatarstan headed by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov will arrive in Ufa. The visit is scheduled on the occasion of the Days of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Republic of Bashkortostan on April 17-18. The corresponding order was signed by the Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov.

The events will be held in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Bashkir ASSR formation. The heads of the twin republics will visit in Ufa a number of industrial enterprises, technoparks of Ufa State Petroleum Technological University and Ufa State Aviation Technical University.

It is planned to hold "Tatarstan - Bashkortostan" business forum, within which round tables will take place in such areas as "Mechanical Engineering", "Oil Industry", "Healthcare", "Education", "Agriculture", "Energy" and " Tourism". There will also be a concert with the participation of artists from the Republic of Tatarstan.

On April 17, the President of Tatarstan will take part in an opening ceremony of the monument to the Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukai. The monument will be installed on the square in front of the Ufa State Tatar Theater "Nur".

Cultural entertainment and sporting events are scheduled: concerts, exhibitions, round tables, team competitions in the national wrestling koresh, football and volleyball matches between the teams of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan.

As part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Bashkir ASSR, a hockey match will be held with veteran stars of the national teams of the two republics.
