Today, a number of personnel appointments took place in key departments of the Head of Bashkortostan administration. In particular, the former Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic, Khaidar Valeev, has headed the department for civil service and personnel policy. The new leaders were appointed to the state-legal and municipal affairs departments.

A political analyst, Deputy Head of the Office of the Public Chamber RB Dmitry Kazantsev believes that in this way the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov seeks to retain experienced local personnel working today in various fields, in his own republican team.

According to the political scientist, today in Bashkiria, the human resources meeting the modern challenges of the time are recruited, experienced managers and promising representatives of talented youth are gradually attracted.

“It is important that the head of Bashkortostan strives to replenish the personnel shortage of the republic due to a brain drain in past years. These appointments highlight the high level of Radiy Khabirov’s trust to natives of the republic, especially among the youth generation. In fact, three of the four departments of the Administration of the Head of the region, in which personnel changes took place, received young managers, ”noted Dmitry Kazantsev.
