Radiy Khabirov: Business should not operate under threat of arrest

Business should not operate under threat of arrest and fines. Besides, courts with fair and balanced legal proceedings can assist to form a healthy economy. It was stated by the Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov at the final meeting of the chairmen of inter-district, district and city courts of the republic. “The demand for justice is high in our society. The court is the last resort for a person to solve his problems. Therefore, the judicial system should strictly guard the law, ”he said.

Radiy Khabirov especially marked problems in the business sector. “Each case related to property disputes must be approached thoroughly and thoughtfully. It is impossible for a bona fide business to be constantly at risk of administrative, tax, criminal prosecution. The head of state in his Address drew particular attention to the inadmissibility of such an attitude towards entrepreneurs, ” Radiy Khabirov reminded.

“It is difficult to talk about investment attractiveness when our business is in such a state of tension,” he said. “We have ambitious plans for the development of medium and small businesses, attracting large, including foreign, investments. We are counting on your support; we cannot build a normal economy without you”, the head of the republic addressed to the judges.
