Radiy Khabirov took part in State Council Presidium meeting

The Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov took part in an expanded meeting of the State Council Presidium, which President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation held in Kazan yesterday. The meeting took place in Innopolis.

The meeting participants discussed the work of the executive authorities of the regions to improve the living conditions of the population and create a comfortable urban environment.

“Let me mark that today the industry is going through the process of significant changes, a stage of important reforms. Since July 1, a new financing scheme of residential construction will be launched. It must be safe and not burdensome for people, protect them from unnecessary risks when purchasing residential real estate and also make it possible to form a more sustainable, professional and civilized foundation for relationships between market participants”, said Vladimir Putin. “The laws on residential construction are changing. The regulations, planning standards, and rules must be transparent and suit construction firms but also work effectively and meet people’s demands in terms of living conditions and the quality of the urban environment above all. It is one of the reasons for introducing the Urban Area Development Standard. Moreover, we should boost the growth of the construction sector and increase housing commissioning”.
