Bashkortostan State Assembly Speaker hit Top-3 media rating of Russian parliaments heads

The Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultay of the Republic of Bashkortostan Konstantin Tolkachev took the third place in the all-Russian rating of heads of regional parliaments in January 2019.

The first line of the rating is occupied by the head of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg, Vyacheslav Makarov, the second line - the Chairman of the Moscow City Duma Alexey Shaposhnikov. Konstantin Tolkachev once again won the first place in the Volga Federal District.

As the Medialogia company that prepared the rating marks, the greatest interest from the media was caused by the comments of Konstantin Tolkachev related to the Days of Bashkortostan Republic in March in the Federation Council, as well as the condolences expressed by the Chairman of the State Assembly to the relatives of the victims of the Uchaly shooting.

The rating is formed on the media database of the «Medialogiya» system, which includes more than 49 thousand media sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, online media, as well as about 800 million sources of social media.

Earlier, in 2018, Konstantin Tolkachev ranked fifth in the media rating of the heads of legislative bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and held this position for several months.
