Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov congratulated the staff and veterans of the rescue services on their professional holiday celebrated today.

“Being a rescuer is a worthy calling for courageous people. Come-and-go ones are not engaged in this profession. It requires special perseverance and dedication, personal courage, confidence in the reliability of comrades, coherence, and constant professional improvement.

Rescuers of the Republic of Bashkortostan successfully solve the tasks of preventing and eliminating emergency situations, saving lives, showing high professionalism, responsibility and readiness for self-sacrifice. Residents of our cities and villages are convinced that in any difficult situation you will definitely come to their rescue. You have repeatedly proved that you are ready to take risks to save people suffering disaster. I am confident that you will continue to carry out properly your important work, which requires courage and backbone”, the message says.

The head of the republic wished the rescuers "good health, determination, successful service, and less difficult situations in our life".
