Bashkortostan Ecology Minister Ildar Khadiyev resigned

UFA, 12 November 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. The Minister of Nature Management and Ecology Ildar Khadiyev resigned, «Kommersant-Ufa» reports.

Today, the Acting Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, instructed the government to submit a new candidate for the position of the Minister of Nature Management and Ecology of the region. The reason for such statement was an unsatisfactory work of the Ecology Ministry in the field of supervision over the use of local subsurface resources.

“I ask you to submit new personnel decisions to me” Radiy Khabirov addressed to the Prime Minister of the republican Government Rustem Mardanov.

Ildar Khadiyev headed the Ministry of Ecology RB since 2012.

“The reason was quite clear: systemic measures are needed for subsoil use, and if my resignation is one of these measures, then I couldn’t help but agree with this”, Ildar Khadiyev told Kommersant-Ufa newspaper.

As the Bashinform News Agency was informed by the republican Government, an issue of presenting the new candidate of the Minister of Nature Management and Ecology to the Acting Head of the region is "still in process, the information will be available later".
