Acting Head of Bashkortostan created information policy center

Today, Radiy Khabirov, Acting Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, signed a decree according to which state-owned mass media, publishing houses, film studios, and enterprises for the development of communication technologies are united under the coordination of the Bashinform JSC state-owned enterprise with Rostislav Murzagulov appointed as the chairman of its board of directors.

The following enterprises are listed in the appendix to the Decree, the activities of which are coordinated from the date of signing by Bashinform JSC: State Unitary Enterprise Broadcasting Company Bashkortostan (Bashkir Satellite Television), State Unitary Enterprise Publishing House “Republic of Bashkortostan” (since 2014, unites more than 100 republican and municipal mass media), "State Republican Publishing House "Bashkortostan", State Institution "Information Technologies", Joint-Stock Company " Satellite Telecommunications of Bashkortostan”, Autonomous State Institution “Bashkortostan” Film Studio. More than 3,000 people work at these enterprises. The Government RB is entrusted to increase the capital of JSC Bashinform, to prepare and implement an action plan for this Decree.

According to the head of Bashinform JSC, all state and municipal structures of the republic will be involved in forming this system of interaction between the authorities and population. The ultimate goal is not just the exchange of information, but an adoption of immediate decisions by the responsible persons at the request of society. Already today, in the administration building of the Head of the Republic, a group is working on the introduction of an IT automated distribution system for the distribution of citizens' requests received via any communication channels to the relevant authorities. Then, the officials are given a very short time for making a decision; formal answers are not accepted. A rating of state and municipal organizations is compiled on the quality of problem-solving. These technologies have been developed under the leadership of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation and have already begun to be successfully applied in the largest Russian regions.
