Radiy Khabirov held meeting on defrauded real estate co-investors problems

UFA, 25 October 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov held a meeting on the problems of deceived co-investors. Members of the Government RB, heads of law enforcement agencies, relevant ministries and departments, heads of municipalities took part in it.

According to the press service of Acting Head of the republic, the meeting participants discussed the situation with problem construction projects, possible options for restoring the rights of shareholders.

Radiy Khabirov instructed to submit an updated work schedule for each object within the next two weeks, and after a month and a half to approve financial schemes. The head of the region noted that law enforcement agencies should also get involved in this process and study the legality of developers' activity. Acting Head of Bashkortostan stressed that he would keep the situation under his personal control.

The registry of problematic houses included 95 objects this summer. 2014 defrauded real estate co-investors cannot receive their housing so far.
