UFA, 21 October 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. On October 21, Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov paid a working visit to the Belebey and Blagovar districts. During the trip, he visited social and infrastructure facilities, discussed with the leadership of the municipalities the territory development prospects.
The first object on the route of the Acting Head of the region was a maternity hospital in the city of Belebey, where the overhaul repairs were started, but still not completed.
The four-storey building with an area of 4.9 thousand square meters was commissioned in 1984. Following a survey of the technical condition, it was decided to carry out a major overhaul with a complete replacement of engineering communications.
In 2012-2013, wooden window blocks were replaced with PVC windows, metal doors of entrance groups were installed, and elevator equipment was updated with the funds allocated from the republican budget. At the expense of the Social Targeted Programs Fund, the roof, ventilation system and sanitary equipment of the fourth floor were repaired in 2014. Further overhaul by the contractor was performed with poor quality, with large violations. Therefore, the building has not yet been commissioned.
Currently, the maternity ward is located in the village of Priyutovo, women in labor are also sent to the cities of Oktyabrsky and Ufa, as well as Bizhbulyak.
Radiy Khabirov discussed with the hospital management the terms of putting the facility into operation. According to Rustem Ishmurzin, chief physician of the Belebey Central Hospital, design and estimate documentation is being developed, its examination should be carried out by the end of the year, repair works are planned to be started in April so that the hospital will operate in the first quarter of 2020.
The Acting Head of the republic discussed with the district administration the need for medical personnel and equipment, having stressed the importance of solving these issues in parallel with the renovation of the building.
After that, Radiy Khabirov visited the Belebey Central Regional Hospital. The head of the republic noted that he had received many complaints about the organization of the healthcare institutions work, and instructed to route clearly patient flows, reducing the time people spend in queues.
Radiy Khabirov visited the cardiology and pediatric departments, talked with patients undergoing treatment there, was interested in catering, provision of medicines and necessary equipment, and listened to their opinions and wishes.
