Rustem Khamitov met with State Duma deputy Anatoly Aksakov

UFA, 27 September 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. On September 27, the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov met with the deputy of the State Duma of Russia, Chairman of the Financial Market Committee Anatoly Aksakov in the House of the Republic.

The parliamentarian participates in round-tables devoted to topical issues of financing business and economy, development of the banking system in Ufa.

The parties discussed the work of the financial sector of the republic, the program of housing construction savings, the improvement of legislation in these spheres.

Speaking about the state of the banking sector in the region, the Head of Bashkortostan noted that mainly branches of large banks operate in the financial sector of the republic.

"Large banks behave differently in our market. There are those that render active assistance, including in the implementation of our investment programs. There are those just taking a back seat. We have different scenarios in this part. But I think that in general this period of turbulent movement is completed now. Ultimately, everything will go further more or less calmly", said Rustem Khamitov.

Anatoly Aksakov said that within the framework of his visit to Bashkortostan, he intended to discuss issues related to the legislation with entrepreneurs and representatives of the banking sector.

"You cannot make the right laws and decisions without feedback," the deputy said. "I follow the life of the republic, the way everything develops here in Bashkortostan, in Ufa. Bashkiria is a good example in many areas, including in the financial sphere. The republic shows quite good growth rates".
