Rustem Khamitov signed decree on Republic Day celebration

The Head of the Region Rustem Khamitov signed a decree on the celebration of the Republic Day in 2018 in commemoration of the 28th anniversary of the proclamation of State Sovereignty Declaration of the Bashkortostan Republic. The document is published on the official website of legal information.

The decree approved a structure of the organizing committee for the preparation and holding of the holiday, which is entrusted to develop and approve a corresponding program of events.

The administrations of the districts and urban areas are recommended to ensure the festive decoration of institutions, streets, squares, public buildings and residential neighborhoods using state symbols, to hold ceremonial events dedicated to the Republic Day in October, as well as cultural, sports events and fairs devoted to the holiday.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs RB should ensure public order and road safety during the celebrations.
