Konstantin Tolkachev entered Top 5 of Russian parliaments’ heads media rating

The Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultay of Bashkortostan Konstantin Tolkachev took the fifth place in the media rating of the heads of legislative bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation in September 2018. The Speaker of the republican parliament holds this position for several months, the press service of the regional parliament reports.

Konstantin Tolkachev once again was ahead of the leaders of parliaments of all Russian regions, having lost only to colleagues from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Irkutsk regions. He took the first place in the Volga Federal District. Data on the media rating was published by Medialogy company, which has been engaged in rating research since 2003 and is currently the leader in media monitoring.

The rating was formed using a media database of the Medialogy system, which includes more than 46,000 sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, online media, and about 800 million sources of social media.
