Konstantin Tolkachev told about Bashkortostan parliament work just after elections

For the first time in full assembly, the deputies will meet for a session, during which an Organizing Committee will be formed to prepare the first plenary meeting. The Organizing Committee will include 11 people, including one Chairman. The organizing committee will have representatives of all political parties elected to the parliament in proportion to the number of deputy seats received by them.

"The Organizing Committee will make proposals on the structure of leadership positions in the State Assembly, the number of standing committees, their names, subjects of competence and personal composition," said Konstantin Tolkachev. "The members of the Organizing Committee will also form an agenda of the first meeting and approve a procedure for holding it."

Candidates for the position of a Chairman will be proposed by the Organizing Committee; candidates for the posts of his deputies will be put forward by the elected Chairman of the Assembly according to the proposals of factions. At the first meeting, the standing committees of the parliament will also be formed. Currently, there are eight of them.

At the first plenary meeting, the deputies will also approve a draft program of the legislative work of the State Assembly for the autumn session. The first decisions on the drafts of republican laws will be taken by the deputies of the new convocation at the second plenary meeting.
