General Council approved United Russia list for elections to State Assembly

Candidates nominated from "United Russia" to the Bashkortostan parliament are approved at the federal level. The decision was made on Wednesday, June 27, at a meeting of the Presidium of the General Council of United Russia.

The list was presented in Moscow by the secretary of the regional branch of the party Konstantin Tolkachev. Now these nominations will be put forward at the regional party conference on June 30, the press service of the regional branch of the party explained.

"In Bashkortostan, 110 seats are completely replaced: 55 – according to the list and 55 - in single-mandate constituencies. We nominate 168 candidates according to the list, in single-mandate constituencies - 55 people. The renewal of the current composition is planned by more than 50%", said the head of the CEC of the party Alexander Borisov at the meeting.

Elections of deputies of the regional legislative assembly are scheduled for September 9, 2018. Residents of the republic will elect 110 deputies.
