Republican parliament will study appeals to Head of Bashkortostan - Konstantin Tolkachev

"This format of communication of the republican residents with the Head of the Region, which has already become traditional, made it possible once again to reveal the most problematic issues in the sphere of economy, social welfare, ecology, improvement of settlements," said Konstantin Tolkachev. "There were a lot of complex, pressing topics, but the Head of the Republic showed competence in all issues, did not leave unanswered any of them, outlined possible ways of solving the existing problems. Rustem Khamitov is always very scrupulous to see that no appeal of citizens is left without consideration and implementation. "

Konstantin Tolkachev noted that a certain amount of suspicion is caused by the abundance of appeals received to the "hot line" of the Head of the Republic - more than 10 thousand.

"This shows that people often cannot solve their problems in other ways and are compelled to apply to the highest official of the region. And this is a signal for all those who work in this field to be more attentive to citizens' appeals and respond to them in a timely manner", said the Speaker of the regional parliament.

He also noted that the State Assembly of the Republic will examine the appeals received by the Head of Bashkortostan.

"It is not ruled out that legislative solutions will be needed to solve some problems. And the deputies are ready for this work", said Konstantin Tolkachev.
