Vladimir Putin addressed Russian citizens

The next Sunday, March 18, the elections of the President of Russia will be held. As acting head of the state, Vladimir Putin considers it important to address citizens of the country on the eve of voting.

"People are only source of power according to the Constitution of our country. There is an immense meaning in these words, in this legal formula. The future of Russia and our children depends on the will of the people, on the will of every citizen of Russia, on which path our country will take", the President said. "It is a personal decision of each person who to vote for, how to realize your right to free choice. But if you evade such a decision, then this key, decisive choice will be made without taking into account your opinion".

The President expressed his confidence that "each of us thinks and worries about the fate of his native country. Therefore, I ask you to come at polling stations on Sunday. Exercise your right to choose the future of our great, beloved Russia".
