Konstantin Tolkachev rose to sixth place in regional parliaments heads rating of Russia

UFA, 12 March 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. Konstantin Tolkachev, the Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultay of the Republic of Bashkortostan, took the sixth place in a media rating of the heads of legislative bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in February 2018. As reported by the press center of the Parliament of the Republic, he rose by six positions compared to February 2017.

Konstantin Tolkachev is ahead of chairmen of parliaments of all regions of Russia, having conceded only to colleagues from Crimea, St.-Petersburg, Tatarstan, the Moscow and Irkutsk regions. He is followed by the leaders of the parliaments of Moscow, Dagestan, Tyumen and Novosibirsk regions in the top ten of the rating.

Data on the media rating was published by Medialogy company, which has been engaged in rating research since 2003 and currently is the leader in monitoring and analysis of the media. The rating was built on the basis of the Medialogy media database, which includes about 43,600 sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, Internet media, and about 800 million sources of social media.
