Konstantin Tolkachev is included in organizing committee for parliamentary forum preparation

The Speaker of the State Assembly of Bashkiria Konstantin Tolkachev is included in the organizational committee for preparation for the 6th Inter-Parliamentary Forum "Russia - Tajikistan: Interregional Cooperation Potential". The corresponding order was signed by the Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko. The event will be held in Moscow in October this year.

The forum is held to discuss inter-parliamentary cooperation issues between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the prospects for Russian-Tajik economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation. The event is organized by the Federation Council and the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.

"The first such forum was held in 2006. Since then this format of work has become traditional. It contributes not only to strengthening Russian-Tajik relations, but also to parliamentary and intercultural connections in the Eurasian space as a whole", commented on Konstantin Tolkachev.
