Pavel Kachkaev: "Over 19.5 thousand households have been landscaped according to "Urban Environment" project

This year, within the framework of the "Urban Environment" party project more than 1,500 municipalities with a population of over 85.9 million people began to accomplish the yards, parks, public spaces. This was stated by the State Duma deputy from Bashkortostan member of the General Council of the party Pavel Kachkaev at the discussion platform at the congress of the United Russia.

"In 2017, more than 1.5 thousand municipalities received subsidies for the improvement of territories within the framework of the "Urban Environment" party project", said Pavel Kachkaev. As part of the project, more than 19.5 thousand households and 2.5 thousand public territories were landscaped, the deputy said.

According to him, the "Urban Environment" party project launched implementation of a systemic integral approach to urban infrastructure at all levels. The deputy assured that increasing the population's satisfaction with the quality of the urban environment was one of the priorities of the party.

"At the same time, the key condition for the projects implementation was the involvement of residents who make decisions on priority areas for development and participate in the implementation of projects," stressed Pavel Kachkaev.
