December 12 - All-Russian Citizens' Reception Day

UFA, 12 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. On December 12 - the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation - the All-Russian Citizens' Reception Day is held. It is conducted annually since 2013, on behalf of the head of state.

From 12.00 to 20.00, local time, a personal reception of applicants is carried out in reception offices of the President of Russia, state bodies or local self-government bodies.

The authorized persons of these bodies shall provide personal contact, with the consent of the applicants, in the mode of videoconferencing, video communication, audio communication to authorized persons of other bodies whose competence includes resolving the issues raised in oral requests. Personal reception is held on a first-come-first-served basis while a passport presentation.

The time, date and place of the reception in the mode of videoconferencing, video communication, audio communication or other types of communication, the applicants are informed within three working days after the All-Russian Day of Citizens' Reception.

Information on the reception addresses is posted on the website of the President of Russia on the page "Personal Reception" of the "Appeals" section, as well as on the websites of the relevant state bodies and local self-government bodies.
