Bashkiria parliamentarians at final plenary session will investigate consequences of ruthenium-106 emission

UFA, 12 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. Ecological situation in Bashkortostan will be appreciated by parliamentarians of the republic at a final plenary meeting on December 21 this year. The "Governmental Hour" for the implementation of the state program "Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Bashkortostan" will open the work of the legislative assembly. The ecological situation will be presented by the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Republic Ildar Khadyev. As the speaker of the regional parliament Konstantin Tolkachev explained, the heads of all departments connected with environmental issues will be invited. Legislators intend to discuss possible consequences of contamination with the ruthenium-106 cloud. Representatives of non-parliamentary political parties will take part in the plenary session.
Deputies will amend the law "On the budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2017 and for the planning period of 2018 and 2019". The total amount, taking into account the changes introduced for 2017, will increase by 11,374.3 million rubles in revenues; will grow by 2 223.4 million in expenses; the budget deficit will decrease by 9,150.9 million.
In the first reading, parliamentarians will consider amendments to the regional legislation on capital repairs of common property in apartment buildings. Parliamentarians will continue work on the bills discussed in the second and third readings.
