Konstantin Tolkachev: "The Address of the Head of the Republic is socially oriented"

UFA, 30 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The Speaker of the regional parliament Konstantin Tolkachev commented on the Address of the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov to the State Assembly - the Kurultai of the Republic.

"The Address of 2017 has a pronounced social orientation. Although it traditionally covers different aspects of the life of the region - the state of the legislative base, the economy, industry and agriculture, the Head of the Region emphasized the need for the development of education, health care, science, and support of the family institution".

The Annual Address of the Head of the Region to the State Assembly serves as a basis for planning the legislative policy of the Parliament and the Government work. It helps coordinating the efforts of all branches of government, state institutions, civil society and every citizen.

"I have already instructed the chairmen of the republican parliament committees to carefully study and analyze all theses of the Address, to plunge into the tasks set. In the near future, we will prepare a plan of measures to implement the main provisions of the Address. We will adopt this document during December, so that from the first days of next year we will start working on this plan", said Konstantin Tolkachev.

The Speaker of the Parliament expressed his confidence that the theses of the Address will be carefully studied also by the executive authorities and local self-government bodies, representatives of the business community, the general public.
