Average salary in Bashkiria increased to 29.3 thousand rubles - Rustem Khamitov

UFA, 30 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Daria Petrova/. Today, November 30, the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov delivers an annual Address to the State Assembly of the Republic. During his speech, the head of the region announced the key indicators of socio-economic development of Bashkiria.

According to the head of the republic, compared to 2010, GRP grew by almost 20%, industry and investments - by one third, the agricultural sector - by one and a half times, housing construction increased by one third, and roads construction volumes doubled.

"This year, positive trends continued", Rustem Khamitov said. "The industrial production index was 102.3% for 10 months, consolidated budget revenues reached 160 billion rubles, income tax revenue increased by more than 14% to 40 billion rubles. Almost 2% added the retail trade turnover, the average wage increased by 6.3% - to 29.3 thousand rubles. There is a migration increase in the population; mortality in many diseases has decreased. For the first time, the life expectancy at the age of 71 was overcome".
