Head of Bashkortostan will deliver eighth Address to the State Assembly

UFA, 29 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov will deliver the Address to the State Assembly - the Kurultay of the Republic on November 30. The announcement of the main document of the republic for the coming year will be held within the framework of a plenary session of the legislative assembly.

The annual Address of the Head of the Republic is the most important document determining the main directions of the regional development for the near future taking into account the political and economic realities in the country and international arena.

The Head of Bashkortostan will assess a socio-economic situation of the republic, fulfillment of social obligations. The Address covers all aspects of the region’s life - a state of the legislative base, economy, various industries and agriculture, health, education, social protection of citizens.

This is the eighth ceremony of the Address announcement for Rustem Khamitov. Traditionally, the main part of his speech is devoted to economic issues, since it is the economy that allow successful solving the tasks related to the cultural sphere and education. Every year the Head of the Region pays attention to improving the quality of life of people and further development of our republic.

The Address is perceived as a general development strategy, a guideline to follow by the executive bodies of state power, local self-government bodies and representatives of the business community.
