Rustem Khamitov suggested opening new consulates of foreign countries in our republic

UFA, 3 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. During a working meeting with the Ambassador at Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Mikhail Bely, the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov offered to open consulates of foreign countries in the republic to simplify a procedure for interaction with them, including for citizens obtaining visas for tourist and business trips.

"We are ready for the Foreign Ministry’s recommendation on opening new consulates of foreign countries in Ufa and Bashkortostan. We could carry out such work very well, as we have all material, organizational and intellectual resources for this", Rustem Khamitov said. "If there are three or four more consulates in Ufa, we will take it with pleasure. It is necessary for work".

Recall that at present consulates of Tajikistan and Belarus operate in Bashkortostan.
