Russian CEC launched Call Centre by single voting day
UFA, 27 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The Central Election Commission of Russia opened a Call Centre. From July 26 to August 29, the centre's working hours will be from 09.00 to 18.00 Moscow time. Since August 30, on the opening day of the points of applications reception in the precinct election commissions, it will switch to the round-the-clock mode of operation, the Central Election Commission of Russia explained.
It will be possible to get information about the conducted election campaigns, clarifications on the procedure for applying to the CEC of Russia, and also to learn about your electoral rights and to request contacts of election commissions via toll free phone 8-800-301-12-09.
"We will support the voters on a wide range of issues that may arise in the application of federal legislation," said the Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Maya Grishina.
Yesterday in 20 regions, where on September 10, 2017 the election of senior officials of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the election of deputies of the parliaments will take place, the reception of citizens' applications for inclusion in the voter list at the location began. Bashkortostan residents will be able to exercise this right at the presidential elections in March 2018 and elections to the regional parliament.
