Bashkiria Senator was elected Deputy Chairman of Assembly of Peoples of Russia

UFA, 11 July 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The Senator from Bashkortostan Rafail Zinurov was elected the Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of the Peoples of Russia. This decision was made at a joint expanded meeting of the Council of the Assembly and the Central Coordinating Council of the Youth Assembly of the Peoples of Russia "WE ARE RUSSIA" in Moscow, the regional parliament informs.

The Assembly of the Peoples of Russia established 16 years ago, is an all-Russian interethnic public organization. The Assembly implements projects in the field of interethnic cooperation to strengthen the unity of the Russian nation and the integrity of the state jointly with other socially-oriented non-profit organizations, authorities and media in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The branches of the Assembly of Peoples have been established in 76 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including the Republic of Bashkortostan.
