Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to Great Britain in connection with terrorist act

UFA, 23 May 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin expressed his deep condolences to the Prime Minister of Great Britain Theresa May over the tragic consequences of the terrorist attack at the Manchester stadium.

“We strongly condemn this cynical and heinous crime. We expect that its masterminds will not be able to avoid the punishment they deserve,” the RIA Novosti cites the President of Russia.

He confirmed his dedication to building up antiterrorist cooperation with the British partners, both on a bilateral basis and within the framework of broader international efforts.

The explosion at the "Manchester Arena" stadium happened last night, during a concert of the American singer Ariana Grande. As a result of the attack, 59 people were injured, 22 people were killed, among them there were children.
