State Duma will consider Bashkir parliament proposals on Labour Code improvement

UFA, 3 May 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The State Duma will consider proposals of Bashkortostan parliamentarians to improve labour legislation in the area of labor relations legalization. The corresponding draft federal law "On Amending Article 360 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation" was prepared by the State Assembly of Bashkortostan Republic and submitted to the State Duma.

The regional deputies formulated the proposals to improve the Labour Code already in September of the last year. The bill was reviewed by the State Duma Committee for Labour, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs, whose members proposed a number of amendments to the text of the bill. The republican parliament finalized the document and decided to change its text at the plenary session. At present, the new version of the bill is registered in the State Duma and sent to its Chairman - Vyacheslav Volodin.

The essence of the amendments proposed by the Bashkortostan legislators to the Labour Code of the Russian Federation is related to the detection and suppression of violations by employers in the part of non-registration of labour relations with employees.
