Bashkiria journalists will be able to meet with Vladimir Putin at ONF media forum

UFA, 3 April 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The President of Russia, the leader of the All-Russia People’s Front (ONF), Vladimir Putin, will take part today in a plenary session of the ONF Media Forum “Truth and Justice” in St. Petersburg, the presidential press service reported. Bashkortostan at the forum is represented by the winners of the 3rd All-Russian Journalism Competition Ernest Khayrullin (TV channel "All Ufa"), Azat Gizzatullin (Mediakorset News Agency), Alina Kamatova (Bashkortostan TV and Radio Company), Aigul Musina (AIF-Bashkortostan), Irina Levchuk ("Deistvie" newspaper) and Gyuzel Sahipova ("Svobodnaya Pressa-Volga Region").

More than 500 people take part in the work of the forum: journalists - representatives of all regions of the country, bloggers, heads of federal mass media, heads of relevant ministries and departments. Most of them are laureates of the All-Russian Journalism Competition, which was conducted by the ONF Fund "Truth and Justice".

On the first day of the ONF Media Forum, April 1, the winners of the All-Russian Journalism Competition were awarded. This year the winners were 443 regional journalists - almost one and a half times more than the last year.

On April 2, presentation of priority ONF projects took place: General Cleaning, ONF Traffic Inspection/Bad Roads Map, Centre for Urban Environment Improvement Monitoring, People's Quality Control and Equal Opportunities for Children.

Special attention was paid to the theme of the Year of Environment in the information agenda. At the end of the second day, Sergei Ivanov, the RF President's Special Envoy for Environmental Protection, Ecology and Transport, met with participants of the media forum. In turn, the well-known film director and producer Timur Bekmambetov held a pre-premiere screening of the "The Time of the First" film directed by Dmitry Kiselev on the feat of the cosmonaut Alexei Leonov and his friend Pavel Belyaev.
