Vladimir Putin has increased Armed Forces of Russia by 12 thousand people

UFA, 29 March 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin established the staff of the Armed Forces of the country in the amount of 1.897 million people. This is approximately by 12 thousand people more than it was established by the previous decree. The document is published on the official portal of legal information.

According to TASS, from July 1, 2017, the Armed Forces will increase to 1.903 million people. The number of servicemen will not change and will amount to 1.013 million.

Earlier, the staffed number was 1.885 million people.
