United Russia launched media contest with half million rubles prize fund in Bashkortostan

UFA, 22 March 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. In Bashkortostan, the United Russia party launched a contest for the best coverage of its activities. The Secretary of the regional branch of the party Konstantin Tolkachev gave a start of the creative project. The Speaker of the regional parliament told reporters that the prize fund of the contest would be half a million rubles.

Both the editorial offices and individual journalists covering the activities of United Russia in the republic can take part in the creative competition. Articles should reflect party life, actions, speeches of authoritative representatives of the party. Contestants can submit thematic collections of materials.

The organizers will determine the winners in six categories: Printed Media, Television and Radio, Network Publications, Blogosphere, Photoview and Young Journalist.

The materials submitted for the competition must be published from January 1 to December 20, 2017.

Konstantin Tolkachev noted that the creative competition was conducted not the first time, but this year it would be judged by a professional jury. It included editors of the leading media of the republic, including the editor-in-chief of Bashinform News Agency Artem Valiev.
