Vladimir Putin approved Russian Public Chamber composition

UFA, 20 March 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. Vladimir Putin approved a composition of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. The decree is published on the official website of the head of state. On February 21, the President defined the candidacies of 40 citizens of the country who had special merits to the state and society, and sent them an offer to join the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. Thus, the head of state launched a procedure for the formation of the new composition of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.

At least half of the candidates are represented by professional and creative unions, associations of employers and their associations, as well as other non-profit organizations established to represent and protect the interests of professional and social groups. In 30 days the Public Chambers of the Federation entities elect from among their members one representative to the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.

"A decision to delegate a representative of the Public Chamber of Russia from Bashkortostan will be taken at an expanded meeting on March 21", said Olga Panchikhina, the head of the Public Chamber RB.

Then, the members of the Russian Public Chamber approved by the President, together with members delegated from the Public Chambers of the subjects of the Russian Federation, will begin to form the full Chamber.
