Konstantin Tolkachev took part in meeting of Russian Legislators Council Presidium

The Chairman of the State Assembly of Bashkortostan Konstantin Tolkachev participated in the meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Legislators of the Russian Federation under the Federal Assembly, the press service of the regional parliament reported.

The meeting was held by Federation Council Chairman Valentina Matvienko and the State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin. The event was attended by members of the Federation Council, State Duma deputies, heads of legislative (representative) bodies of state power of the subjects of the Federation.

At the meeting with participation of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection Maxim Topilin and the Chairman of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation Andrei Kigim, the legislative issues of disabled people social support in the Russian Federation were discussed.

The participants heard information about the issuance by the Government of the Russian Federation of regulatory legal acts necessary to implement the federal laws that had been enacted and entered into force, about results of the working group activity created by the commission of the Council of Legislators of the Russian Federation on economic and industrial policy in improving legislation in procurement sphere.

The agenda also included the issue of approving the Work Plan of the Council of Legislators and its Presidium for 2017.
