Bashkiria State Assembly deputy Zukhra Ismagilova was awarded Eurasian Women's Forum prize

UFA, 9 March 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. Zukhra Ismagilova, the General Director of the Bashkir Art Crafts "Agidel", was awarded with the prize of the Eurasian Women's Forum "Public Recognition. Woman of the Year-2016". The State Assembly deputy received the award in the nomination "Preservation of Traditions". The awarding ceremony took place in the Federation Council on the eve of the International Women's Day.

The Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matvienko noted that the potential of women was enormous in promoting a positive image of Russia abroad and in peacekeeping work. A register of women's non-governmental organizations has been formed, which includes more than two thousand women's associations. Besides, a special Internet resource "Eurasian Women's Community" has been created.

Among those awarded in different nominations there was also the Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Director of the State Research Institute of Chemical Products Roza Gatina, the Russian entrepreneur in Information Technologies, the President of the InfoWatch Group of Companies Natalia Kasperskaya, journalist Elena Yampolskaya, entrepreneur Elizaveta Fedoseyeva, the head physician of Ambulance Aviation Centre All-Russian Centre for Catastrophe Medicine "Zaschita" of the Ministry of Health Natalia Baranova, the star of the Russian ballet, the founder of the Charity Foundation for the Promotion of Choreographic and Fine Arts "Culture for Children" Ilze Liepa.
