Bashkiria parliamentarians introduce maximum tax benefits

UFA, 9 March 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. In Bashkortostan, the corporate profit tax rate for investors can be reduced to 12.5 percent. Benefits will be valid for three years. Corresponding amendments to the regional legislation were considered by the deputies of the State Assembly RB at a meeting of the Committee on Budget, Taxation, Investment Policy and Territorial Development.

Establishing maximum amount of the benefit is aimed at preserving the volume of preferences for corporate income tax for investors making capital investments, the press service of the regional parliament explained.

Deputies will also make amendments to the law on the budget of the Territorial Fund of Mandatory Medical Insurance RB for 2017. The Fund's revenues for the current year are increased by 67,684.9 thousand rubles and will amount to 40,717,144.8 thousand rubles, the Fund's revenues will amount to 40,801,111.3 thousand. The volume of the Fund's budget deficit is 83 966.5 thousand rubles. The source of coverage of the Fund's budget deficit in 2017 is the balances as of the beginning of the year.
