Priority directions for Bashkortostan Government in 2017 are defined

UFA, 22 December 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Alexander Smirnov/. On December 21, priority areas of the Government of the region and the main activities to implement them in 2017 are identified at the session of the Government of Bashkortostan held by the Head of the Republic Rustem Khamitov.

“The document reflects a socio-economic situation, contains the most important tasks and activities, including those announced by me on December 9 in the Address to the State Assembly - Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan”, Rustem Khamitov said.

As part of the management of public finances the Government will continue working on further tax legislation improvement. As a result, the expected amount of tax and non-tax revenues will amount to 142.5 billion rubles in 2017.

It is supposed to establish a fund of industrial development and to form a timber cluster. Growth of the industrial production index up to 102.8 percent is expected. As part of the agriculture development it is planned to ensure agricultural production index at the level of 102 percent, food production index - at the level of 101.2 percent.

It is supposed to introduce new mechanisms to stimulate housing construction in the form of social mortgage and rental housing under the relevant federal project.
