Head of Bashkortostan will able to manage commercial and non-profit organizations

UFA, 22 December 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. The republican law on the Head of Bashkortostan is amended. The amendments were adopted in the first reading during the final meeting of the autumn session of the State Assembly RB on December 22.

The amendments proposed to supplement the current version of the law with a norm stipulating the establishment of a possibility for the Head of the Republic to participate in the management of an economic entity on his own initiative, except as provided by the federal law. Economic entities are commercial and non-profit organizations carrying out activities that generate their income.
