Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the appointment Anna Kuznetsova to this post - the founder of the "Pokrov" Charity Foundation, the head of the executive committee of the All People’s Front in Penza. This is reported by the federal media. Earlier, on September 9, the President of Russia signed a decree on dismissal of Pavel Astakhov, who resigned at his own request.
