OSCE representatives visited Sterlitamak as observation mission

UFA, 24 August 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The district election commission of Sterlitamak single-mandate constituency No. 8 was visited by representatives of the OSCE/ODIHR Oganez Kazaryan and Marsha Weinerman. They are accredited by the CEC of Russia as international observers at the elections to the State Duma.

The observers examined work of the district election commission, the Central Election Commission RB explained. Members of the mission were interested in the composition of the territorial election commission, the procedure for compiling and updating voter lists, the interaction with local governments, non-governmental organizations involved in election campaigns.
